Innovation
Today, finding greener alternatives to traditional energy
production technologies has become more urgent than ever. AT&F
is committed to timely delivery of the structural components
that renewable energy system developers need to maintain their
construction schedules and achieve their energy-efficiency
goals.
- Wind power: AT&F builds components for customers’
wind turbine tower projects, such as oscillation dampeners and
tower supports.
- Biofuel production: In cooperation with AdvanceBio
Systems LLC, we have created bench-scale reactor designs for
research on the pre-treatment of biomass for the cellulosic
ethanol industry. We also have designs for commercial size
reactors for biofuel production.
- Nuclear power: AT&F Nuclear, Inc. has earned a
reputation for quality and reliability in the fabrication of
components like reactor internals, structural supports,
containment parts, pressure vessels and tanks, shell and tube
heat exchangers, radioactive material containers, piping
systems, heavy lift rigs, etc.
- Solar power: Every large solar panel array field
connects behind the scenes to power transmission facilities,
with AT&F-built power plant components, pressure vessels,
tubing and other power system structures. We’ve also
fabricated structural supports for large arrays of
photovoltaic panels, which convert sunlight directly into
electricity.
- The full spectrum of alternative energy systems: These range from clean coal to hydro-wave turbine technology,
natural gas, and fuel cell power distribution systems.

a range of heavy fabricating capabilities, including precision
laser, high definition plasma, and oxyfuel cutting; rolling;
